CreativeJobsCentral.com - Scam Jobs (How to avoid scam jobs)

hello all,
If you want to avoid scam jobs, this is what i would do...

1.If you see a heavy usage of the word, 'clerk' or 'accepting payments' do not accept it.

2.If you see that the job being offered has a high hourly pay around $18-$23 for clerical work, be weary

3.If job has title, 'Mystery shopper' or 'Personal Assistant' you should be weary.

4.If it is a job in the USA that has to do with an office in london, be weary

5.If the first step of the job is to receive a package, please be aware

6.If they would like to schedule an interview with you with a yahoo-id messenger at a certain time, you should probably be weary

7.If they ask you for your sex, or your address and profession upon applying

8.If they ask you to go to a western union to send them some money.

9.If you have an IP address of those that apply for a job, many are now coming from Lagos, Nigeria and Malaysia and Russia.

10.more sophisticated scammers now have websites..

11.Easiest way to avoid them is to get a phone number of them and then you must talk to them, it is

Getting postings from only companies that give an email as a contact

We get a lot of complaints that customers don't like leaving creativejobscentral to apply on other job sites, so we are rewarding companies that post jobs with us that leave only an email address as a contact.

Jobseekers do not enjoying jumping through hoops and hurdles just to apply.

They want to spread their resume and CV everywhere, so we are trying to make creativejobscentral a place where jobseekers can be very productive.

Look out for more postings without apply URL links.

First blog post on CreativeJobsCentral

Hello Everyone,
Its our first blog post on CreativeJobsCentral.com

By the way, my name is Jonathan Hedvat, I started Bigapplehead.com in 2002 and then in 2004 the idea of Bigapplehead as a college job site morphed into CreativeJobsCentral.com after watching the bulk of our traffic become Creative minded (fashion, event planning, interior design, PR, music, makeup , etc..)

Though our job business has been online for about 9 years...

Right now, we have expanded to Canada and UK

The difference is that we have been adding job postings in England and Canada.

There seems to be some interest in these sites and we have made partnerships with some job boards that have some serious traffic over there.

I guess
